Full Moo’s Mark Fraser is a qualified British Cycling coach with more than thirty years of cycling experience. He personally coaches cyclists & triathletes of all ages and all abilities, and is passionate about helping them to achieve their goals.

He also coaches within several cycling & triathlon clubs, organises cycling events, and writes about the sport. Mark has carried out hundreds of bike fits using the Trek Precision Fit process, and he specialises in aero time trial & triathlon bike fitting. Over the years Mark has raced in most disciplines of the sport: track, road racing, time trialling, cyclocross, MTB and duathlon. Whether it’s a minor tweak or a full top-to-tail session, a Full Moo bike fit always starts with understanding the rider’s aims, history, riding profile, and any current or past issues. Even after over 200 bike fits I find that every client has unique requirements and needs a personalised solution.

I spend just as much time helping clients to develop more efficient, more agile riding postures as I do adjusting the contact points of their bikes. Setting up time trial / triathlon bikes is a speciality, along with helping riders adapt to riding in an aerodynamic yet powerful and sustainable position. Ask me about optimising your entire aerodynamic package: your racing clothing, helmet, shoes, bike, wheels, and everything else that affects your wind resistance. Bike fitting isn’t just a one-off activity: I keep in close contact with clients and we often make incremental changes as their bodies gradually adapt to new posture and riding position. I use Trek’s Precision Fit process, and I carry out bike fitting in my studio at Newdales Cycles in Saffron Walden. Bike fitting is usually carried out during weekday daytimes. ENQUIRE

Full Moo coached turbo training sessions take place every Friday at 7:30 pm in Chrishall (between Saffron Walden and Royston).

It’s power-based, structured training using my “smart” turbos and my custom workouts. Suitable for cyclists & triathletes of all ages and all levels of fitness. Get fit by working hard and having fun in a great social environment – everyone suffers together! Book five consecutive weekly sessions for £50.
